Virtual Tour of Atkinson Gallery
Established in 1992, the Atkinson Gallery is nationally recognised and holds major contemporary art exhibitions, which are open to the general public. It aims to support young, aspiring artists and bring high-calibre, international art to the South West region.
Millfield’s stimulating arts landscape is also enhanced by a unique sculpture collection within our extensive parkland, featuring large-scale permanent works from artists such as Glynn Williams and Peter Randall-Page.
The Atkinson Gallery virtual tour will also be used to give people who can’t visit in person an opportunity to explore the exhibition. Data-tags throughout the Atkinson Gallery virtual tour give visitors additional context to each piece.
Once a member for the Scene3D team has completed the 3D virtual model of a property we will also provide a photopack of crisp, clear images for use on your website and social media.
The exhibition could only be viewed in person for 30 days.
The Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers exhibition featured over 50 pieces.
Extra care was taken by Scene3D to ensure every piece of art could be studied from the virtual tour by adding more scan positions than the space would usually require.
